We are proud to say that the kits we sell through our website are tested for quality and work 99% of the time. Kits contain kid friendly material and electronic components like motors, leds, solar panels, wires and batteries. While we assure you that everything is tested for quality, given the nature of the components we ship, we do believe that some of them may not work, due to various issues, eg. batteries may die due to dischare after storing for some time. So, when ever a component is not working we will give a new component to complete the project smoothly. This replacement of a kit component once we start teaching about that particular project. So, we advise you to not test them yourself, since even wrong connections will make you seem like some of the parts are not working. To enroll in our website, you as a User have acknowledged our terms and conditions mentioned below upon signing up as a user or a guest user. We allow guest users only to order sample challenges and free demos. To enroll, you must register with us. We reserve the authority to add, modify or delete our terms and conditions at any time, without any information to our customers. You as a client are subsequently encouraged to go through the T&C each time you utilize the website.

• 1. Once the order is placed, our agent gives you a call and welcomes you to TinyBots program. This is the only time we accept cancellation.
• 2. Once you acknowledge our call, You can not cancel the orders.
• 3. No cancellation charges are levied.
• 4. If you wish to cancel order by yoursef, u can cancel by calling us with in four hours of placing your order.
• 5. TinyBots employees will be delivering the kit personally to you.

While we assure you that, every kit is tested for quality before it is packed., we also know that from time to time some of the electronic components might stop working given the nature. Also, the kits are packed in Pune, once your order is confirmed. So, there could be lot of things that could go wrong during travel. But our focus will never deter in giving you a quality educational experience to your kid. Once we confirm that any component is failing, we will replace it with no questions asked.

In any case, we are not able to deliver your order owing to covid restrictions and any external factors and if you wish to cancel the purchase, you will be refunded with in 10 working days.At every possible opportunity, the refund will be given to the account using which you have made the payment. On the off chance that is unimaginable, the refund will be given to your bank account, the details of which will be asked from the email id which was utilized to submit the request.

We are not at risk for any loss or damage that occured during logistics, because of the causes outside our ability to control, for example, Floods, Accidents, Fire, Theft, War and so on. In case if you are providing wrong address, pin code or phone number at the time of placing order, we will attempt the delivery 3 times and we are not at all responsible for your order and we will not resend the kits.
